When an order is placed we receive an order notification and then payment confirmation. Once payment has been received you will be notified by email during our daily office hours regarding your items estimated day of despatch and an approx. number of days for delivery to you. All orders are sent by either Australia Post or a Courier service. If we are unfortunately out of stock of the product you have ordered we will notify you of this and inform you of when we will receive stock, or we can issue an immediate refund through Pay Pal. Most orders will be sent within 1 - 3 days of receiving an order, therefore usually recieved within 3 – 7 depending on the specifics of the order (Example keying of locks) and stock at the time.
Please note: We offer FREE delivery as a discount to you for shopping with us. This is not a FREE service to us and we pay the carrier for your delivery. If for some reason you are wanting to return your order beacsue you have ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, your refund will be LESS our cost of your original delivery.
Refunds are given in Full if any products are Faulty/Defects or have been supplied incorrectly, Including return costs. If a return is needded please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure a quick responce and please specify the problem
